Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Organic sugar (EU), apple pectin E440i, tartaric acid E334, calcium citrate E333 70 % of the agricultural ingredients come from organic farming.
Instructions for use
Jam/jelly recipe: Boil 1 kg of fruit (+ 40 ml water or fruit juice if required) until cooked. Add 20 - 50 g Unigel, stir in well and boil for one minute. Only then slowly trickle in 0 - 900 g sugar in small portions. Bring to the boil and cook for at least 1 min. until bubbling. Pour into pre-heated glasses up to the rim, close the glass and turn upside down for a minute.
