Here, the quality of the oil benefits from the long experience of our partner mill. The production of this cold-pressed olive oil with lemon is done as one would imagine: ripe olives from wild olive trees in the fertile mountainous regions of northeastern Tunisia are hand-harvested, carefully sorted, and cold-pressed together with fresh, untreated lemons within a few hours. The result is an aromatic, velvety-soft oil specialty that particularly delights lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. Completely free of additional essential oils or added flavors.
