For this Bio Planète seasoning oil, we combine aromatic garlic with fine olive oil from Portugal to create a spicy-fresh composition. We completely refrain from adding any additional essential essences - 100% natural and 100% organic! Our traditional partner mill uses the olive varieties Cobrancosa, Cordovil de Serpa, and Arbequina for this exquisite oil. Based on years of experience, the ripe olives and fresh garlic are cold-pressed together with great care. This process allows the naturally occurring essential essences in the garlic to infuse into the olive oil, giving it its special, spicy note.

Garlic is widely used as a spice and medicinal plant. The hearty blend with the finest olive oil is ideal for everyday cooking and pairs excellently with soups and sauces, as garlic oil over pizza or bruschetta, and in salads. The garlic oil can be heated and is suitable for baking.
