The hazelnuts for our roasted hazelnut oil are primarily sourced from Turkey, the country that holds the largest share of the world's total hazelnut production.
Unlike our pure hazelnut oil, the nuts are carefully roasted before a single cold pressing. This roasting process enhances the nougat flavor, making the roasted variety taste significantly more intense than its native counterpart.
