Psyllium husks are known for their mucilage content and high swelling capacity. They are ideal as an addition to fruit or vegetable juices, yogurt, or muesli. BioKing's psyllium husks come from the Plantago ovata plant, which is native to India. The seeds are harvested by hand, sifted, and gently dried.
Note: Do not consume dry. Always ensure adequate fluid intake.
Consumption recommendations: Stir 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husks into sufficient liquid, let it swell briefly, and drink. Follow with a large glass of water.
For diarrhea: Stir 1-2 teaspoons into liquid once or twice daily and drink immediately.
For constipation: Stir 1-2 teaspoons into liquid once or twice daily and let it swell for a few minutes. Follow with a large glass of water.
Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, nuts, soy, and sesame due to production processes.
