Bio King Indian psyllium husks

Psyllium husks are known for the mucilage they contain and their high swelling capacity. They are ideal for adding to fruit or vegetable juices, yoghurt or muesli. BioKing psyllium husks come from the Plantago ovata plant, which is native to India. The seeds are harvested by hand, sieved and gently dried. Note: Do not consume dry. Always ensure sufficient fluid intake. Recommended intake: Stir 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husks into sufficient liquid, allow to swell briefly and drink. Then drink a large glass of water. For diarrhoea: Stir 1-2 teaspoons briefly into liquid once or twice a day and then drink immediately. For constipation: Stir 1-2 teaspoons into liquid once or twice a day and leave to swell for a few minutes. Then drink a large glass of water.
