Beutelsbacher Clear apple cider vinegar

The clear apple juice from selected organically grown apples is fermented into flavorful apple cider vinegar using organic methods. During bottling, the apple cider vinegar is not pasteurized to preserve its ingredients.

Beutelsbacher apple cider vinegar is suitable as:

• A seasoning for dishes and salads
• A preservative for cucumbers, peppers, onions, pears, fish, meat, etc.
• A refreshing drink, e.g., 2 teaspoons in 1 glass of water with honey
• A cosmetic for washes and compresses (2-3 tablespoons per liter of water)
• A bath additive (100-200 ml per full bath), with 5% acidity derived from organic sources.
