Thai Curry Aromatic and Spicy

Curry dishes in all their variations are a point of pride in Thai cuisine. The secret behind their fantastic flavors lies in the curry spice, which almost every cook prepares with their own recipe. Beltane's organic mix ensures that meat alternatives and vegetables from your wok taste like they just came from a Thai street kitchen. Ginger, coriander, galangal, and a pinch of chili release their fine aroma when sautéed. Finished with coconut milk and a selection of other exquisite herbs and spices, the dish gets its characteristic local touch. Healthy, quick, and delicious - made with 100% natural ingredients!

Ingredients:
300 g meat alternative (tofu, seitan, soy, Dinki)
300 g mixed vegetables
e.g. broccoli, bell pepper, bok choy, zucchini, napa cabbage, mushrooms, spring onions
200 ml coconut milk

Preparation:
1. Cube the meat alternative and slice the vegetables. Set aside 200 ml of coconut milk.
2. In a non-stick pan, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (e.g. sesame oil) along with spice mix 1 (small bag). Heat the pan. Once the spices release their aroma, add the meat alternative and sauté. Add the vegetables and continue to fry.
3. Add the coconut milk, stir in spice mix 2 (large bag), and cook covered for 6 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Tip:
Serve with Thai or basmati rice.
