Preparation:
- 500 g mixed vegetables (e.g., courgettes, aubergines, peppers, tomatoes, onions, pumpkin)
- 2 tablespoons cashew nuts
- 150 ml water
1. Cut vegetables into cubes and prepare water.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan together with seasoning mix 1 (small sachet). Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices release their fragrance, add the vegetables and nuts and sauté.
3. Pour in water, stir in seasoning mix 2 (large sachet), and cook for about 6 minutes with the lid closed. Stir occasionally.
Tip: Serve with couscous, rice, or pita bread.
