With Madras Curry, you season the meat alternative and the fruity tomatoes with a fine composition of coriander, turmeric, fennel, and many other precious spices while they are still browning. Preparation:
300 g meat alternative (tofu, seitan, soy, dinki)
100 g tomatoes
100 ml water

1. cut tomatoes into cubes, provide water.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil together with seasoning mix 1 (small bag) in a non-stick pan. Then heat the hotplate. As soon as seasonings release their fragrance, add meat alternative and sauté vigorously. Add tomatoes and continue to sauté.
3. Pour water, stir in seasoning mix 2 (large bag) and finish cooking in 5 minutes with lid closed. Stir occasionally.

Tip:
Serve with basmati rice or pita bread. Refine with 1 tablespoon of soy cream.
