Discover the magic of Indonesian cuisine! In the second step, you enhance the noodles with a fine blend of leeks, lovage, basil, and lemongrass. Healthy, quick, and delicious – made with 100% natural ingredients.

Preparation:
150 g spaghetti
200 g meat alternative (tofu, seitan, soy, Dinki)
300 g vegetables, e.g., carrots, bell peppers, leeks, spring onions
3 tbsp soy sauce

1. Cut the meat alternative and vegetables into strips. Break the spaghetti, cook according to package instructions until 'al dente', and drain.
2. In a non-stick pan, add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil along with seasoning mix 1 (small pouch). Then heat the cooking plate. Once the spices release their aroma, add the meat alternative and sauté. Add the vegetables and briefly stir-fry.
3. Add the spaghetti and soy sauce, sprinkle seasoning mix 2 (large pouch) over it, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the desired browning is achieved.

Tip: Also works well with Chinese egg noodles or rice.
