Ingredients needed:300 g sliced vegetables (soy/stan) 300 g mixed vegetables e.g. leeks, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, sprouts 3 tbsp. soy sauce 200 ml water
Preparation:Cut vegetables into strips, provide soy sauce and water. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil together with seasoning mix 1 (small bag) in a non-stick pan. Then heat the hotplate. Once the spices release their fragrance, add soy/stan and sauté, add vegetables and continue to sauté. Pour in water and soy sauce, stir in seasoning mix 2 (large bag) and finish cooking in about 6 minutes with the lid closed. Stir occasionally.
