The seasoning is done in two steps: During sautéing, the fine spices are released, giving the dish its authentic flavor. It is then refined by deglazing with aromatic herbs that are stirred into the sauce. Required ingredients: 300 g seitan or soy strips, 100 g onions, 1 tablespoon (20 g) tomato paste, 100 ml soy cream, 100 ml water.

Preparation: Finely chop the onions and prepare the soy cream and water. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil along with the spice mix 1 (small bag) to a non-stick pan. Then heat the cooking plate. Once the spices release their aroma, add the seitan/soy and onions and sauté vigorously. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add the water and soy cream, stir in spice mix 2 (large bag), and cook covered on low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
