The diversity of Indian cuisine cannot be put into words, and certainly not in a single pot. Beltane pays tribute to Indian culinary culture with four typical ways of preparing poultry: Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Kashmir, Chicken Tikka, and Madras Curry. With tandoori, you coat the seitan or soy shreds with a strong marinade. You refine the fresh vegetables with a fine composition of paprika, parsley, coriander, basil, and other precious herbs. In the oven, the spices are broken down and combine to form an extraordinary unit. Healthy, delicious, and easy to prepare - with 100% natural ingredients!
Preparation:
- 2 pcs (approx. 400 g) seitan or soy shreds
- 400 g mixed vegetables (e.g., potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions)
- 50 ml water
1. Cut vegetables into coarse pieces, place in a greased baking dish, and mix with seasoning mix 2 (large bag). Pour in 50 ml of water.
2. Stir seasoning mix 1 (small bag) into 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and brush onto seitan/soy using a pastry brush. Place seitan/soy on top of vegetables and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (top and bottom heat) for approximately 60 minutes.
Tip:
Garnish with lemon slices and onion rings. Serve with pita bread or rice and a cool soy dip.
