The diversity of Indian cuisine is beyond words and certainly cannot be captured in a single pot. Beltane honors Indian culinary culture with four traditional preparation variations for poultry: Chicken Kashmir, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Tikka, and Madras Curry. In the Kashmir dish, coriander, nutmeg, cardamom, and many other exquisite spices release their fine aroma right from the start when sautéing. After deglazing with water and a cream alternative, you skillfully season the dish with a second selection of fine herbs. Healthy, quick, and delicious - made with 100% natural ingredients.

Preparation:

  • 300 g meat alternative such as Planted, soy, or spelt cubes
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 ml soy cream or other plant-based cream alternative
  • 100 ml water

1. Cube the meat alternative, chop the onion, and prepare the cream alternative and water.
2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil along with Spice Mix 1 (small bag) to a non-stick pan. Then heat the cooking plate. Once the spices release their aroma, add the meat alternative and onions and sauté vigorously.
3. Add water and the cream alternative, stir in Spice Mix 2 (large bag), and cook covered on low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Tip:
The liquid amount can be replaced with 200 ml of coconut milk. Basmati rice pairs well with this dish.
