Wonder Bread made from oats and seeds comes directly from the Bauckhof mill. We ensure gluten-free quality through extensive analyses in our mill laboratory. Wonder Bread is a trend that started with Life-Changing Bread. The bread contains neither flour nor yeast. The oats are certified gluten-free, and the large amount of seeds provides proteins and omega-3 fatty acids. The bread is rich in fiber, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, and manganese. It contains vitamin E, vitamin B1, folic acid, potassium, calcium, iron, and zinc. Preparation is very simple: the mixture is just stirred with water, needs to soak briefly, and can then be baked immediately. To activate the seeds, the dough can be left to rise overnight in the refrigerator if desired. No bread machine is needed. A simple loaf pan is sufficient, but the bread can also be made without a pan. Just shape a loaf and place it on a baking sheet in the oven. The Bauckhof mill is located in the Heide region of Uelzen and was founded in 1969. At that time, organic farmers wanted to market their organic grain from the region.
