Bauck GmbH was founded in 1969 to market organic and Demeter products from the region. Even today, the promotion of biodynamic agriculture is one of the most important goals of the natural food manufacturer.
Wholesome mueslis, exquisite flours, baking mixes for moist tarts, cakes and breads, nutritious porridges and savoury veggie mixes, all often gluten-free, wheat-free and vegan - Bauck GmbH now sells around 150 products under the Bauck Mühle brand. Always under the motto: "Organic. For the love of the future."
Bauck Mühle stands for innovative recipes that use only organic and Demeter raw materials and are easy to prepare. Since 2005, the mill has also specialised in gluten-free products that the whole family can enjoy. The company has its own gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities and its own gluten-free laboratory.
