Production
The production of our Demeter beet syrup is carried out gently, with syrup made entirely from the juice of the beets without the addition of chemical agents. First, the beets are washed with clear water, steamed, boiled until soft, and then chopped. The so-called mash is pressed, and the resulting juice is evaporated in a vacuum and gently thickened into syrup.

Usage:
As a spread, for pancakes, for sweetening, in desserts, and for baking. The Demeter beet syrup has a particularly mild and pure aroma.
