Bauck GmbH was founded in 1969 to market organic and Demeter products from the region. Even today, promoting biodynamic agriculture remains one of the key goals of this natural food manufacturer.

Nutritious mueslis, exquisite flours, baking mixes for moist cakes, breads, and pies, hearty porridges, and savory veggie mixes—often gluten-free, wheat-free, and vegan—are all offered under the Bauck Mühle brand, with around 150 products available today. Always under the motto: "Organic. Out of love for the future."

Bauck Mühle stands for innovative recipes that use only organic and Demeter raw materials and are easy to prepare. Since 2005, the mill has also specialized in gluten-free products that the whole family can enjoy. This is supported by a dedicated gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities, and an in-house gluten-free laboratory.
