With the Bauckhof baking mix Schnellbrot you can conjure up a crispy fresh gluten-free bread in just 60 minutes. Add only 500 ml water to the mixture: stir for 2 minutes, leave to rise for 0 minutes, bake for 58 minutes. There you go. With seeds, without gluten.

All gluten-free products from the Bauckhof are checked for gluten-free status in the mill laboratory after production and packaging and are registered with the German Celiac Society with gluten analysis. Bauckhof Schnellbrot is suitable for a gluten-free diet for celiac disease and sprue.

Tip:
The surface of the bread becomes particularly beautiful if you coat it with a neutral, highly heatable oil or melted margarine.
