Bauckhof gluten-free pizza dough tastes homemade and is easy and quick to prepare. Simply prepare the dough and spread it with tomato puree. Top your pizza with your favorite ingredients such as onions, mushrooms, corn, bell peppers, pineapple, olives, broccoli, artichokes, zucchini, pepperoni, spinach, capers, salami, ham, mussels, anchovies, and tuna.
Basic recipe: To prepare the dough, add water and oil, knead it, and roll it out. Spread it with tomato puree and then top it with 500 g of sliced tomatoes and 350 g of mozzarella slices. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Finally, place fresh basil leaves on top and drizzle with olive oil.
