This magically light cake tastes heavenly fresh and fruity at the same time. Depending on your taste, you can vary the fruit and juice for the fruit layer, bake the base or leave it unbaked, create magically delicious desserts or develop your own ideas with our baking mix. But one thing is absolutely certain: making your own no-bake cake has never been easier.

What you need:

Base
70g soft margarine

Cream
150g vegan cream cheese
500g vegan yoghurt

Fruit bar
400ml fruit juice

Additional
1 glass of cherries (approx. 360g)

Ingredients:
Oat flour, gluten-free, raw cane sugar, rice starch, corn starch, low-fat cocoa, rock salt, vanilla.
From biodynamic production and controlled organic production.
