It impresses with its high manganese content and is a source of copper, potassium and magnesium. The successful combination of dried fruit and tender oat and soya flakes provides a deliciously fruity flavour. Our gluten-free flake mill grinds and flakes the gluten-free grains for our oat flakes directly in our own mill. Our millers use their extensive knowledge and experience to transform wholemeal into fine flakes. We only use gluten-free rolled oats for our Oat Muesli Sport. Our gluten-free oat flakes are free from contamination with cereals containing gluten during cultivation, transport and processing. We analyse every batch and guarantee less than 20 ppm gluten. Most people with gluten intolerance can include gluten-free oats in their diet, as the protein structure of oats differs from that of wheat, rye, spelt and barley. Cholesterol-conscious diet with oats: Oat beta-glucans have been shown to be effective in lowering blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol levels are one of the risk factors for the development of coronary heart disease. This positive effect is achieved by a daily intake of 3 g of oat beta-glucan, which is equivalent to about 150 g of oat muesli. One portion of oat muesli corresponds to 50 g.
