Under the brand Bauck Mühle, the company offers around 150 products, including wholesome mueslis, exquisite flours, baking mixes for moist cakes, breads, nutritious porridges, and savory veggie mixes, often gluten-free, wheat-free, and vegan – all under the motto: "Organic. Bauck Mühle stands for innovative recipes that use only organic and Demeter raw materials and are easy to prepare.
