Our corn breadcrumbs are suitable for a gluten-free diet for those with celiac disease and sprue. The corn breadcrumbs are yeast-free.
Usage:
Bauckhof Corn Breadcrumbs are excellent for breading vegan meat and vegetables. You will achieve a beautiful golden-yellow, crispy coating. They can also be used for baking: Simply mix 75 g of grated vegan cheese with 75 g of breadcrumbs.
