Bauckhof brown bread

The black bread baking mix made from rice flour, milled at the Bauckhof gluten-free mill. All ingredients are naturally gluten-free. We ensure in the mill that there is no contamination with gluten-containing raw materials. Each batch is analyzed in the gluten-free laboratory to ensure controlled gluten-free quality. The black bread contains over 40% seeds; many sunflower seeds combined with ground and whole flaxseed. Instead of rye sourdough, which is not gluten-free, we use buckwheat sourdough for the typical black bread flavor. The black bread is a yeast bread and works well in a bread machine. It can also be prepared in a baking pan. With the black bread baking mix, variations such as muesli bars and Finn bread can also be made. The roots of our company history date back to 1932, when Eduard Bauck converted his farm to biodynamic farming. In 1969, he, along with other Demeter farmers, founded a company for the processing and marketing of grains. Over time, a wide range of gluten-free foods was added.
