Always under the motto: "Organic. For the love of the future." Bauck Mühle stands for innovative recipes that use only organic and Demeter raw materials and are easy to prepare. Since 2005, the mill has also specialised in gluten-free products that the whole family can enjoy. The company has its own gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities and its own gluten-free laboratory.
