Autour du Riz basmati rice 1/2 wholemeal is a high-quality, organic product that comes from the traditional, aromatic Ranbir variety. This rice is cultivated by small, sustainable rice farmers in the high altitudes of Kashmir and Punjab. The rice is harvested using a largely mechanisation-free process, which underlines the quality and flavour of the rice. With a cooking time of 16 minutes, this wholegrain rice is ideal for a variety of dishes and provides a healthy, high-fibre side dish. The rice is packaged in a 500g bag under modified atmosphere to preserve freshness and flavour.
