Spelt Pure Ancient Grain
Spelt has secured a firm place in whole food cuisine with its nutty, robust flavor. The whole grain is ideal as a side dish, as an ingredient in soups, or for salads and vegetable stir-fries.
Preparation for 2 people: Soak 100 g of spelt grains in 200 ml of water overnight. The next day, cook in the soaking water over low heat for about 40 minutes. Add salt or broth only at the end and let it swell for an additional 15 minutes.
