Antersdorfer Rye meal organic

The groats are traditionally coarsely ground from whole grains, including the germ. Ideal for many dishes from whole food cuisine! Rye groats are particularly well-suited for wholesome breads and rolls, as well as for patties and meatballs.

Recipe suggestion for black bread (for 2 loaf pans): Mix 500 g of wheat and 500 g of rye groats with 1 liter of buttermilk alternative and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight. Knead 500 g of wheat flour type 1050, 200 g of beet syrup, 2 packets of yeast, and 1½ tablespoons of salt with the soaked mixture. Fill into two loaf pans and bake at 150 °C for 2½ hours.
