The Ankerkraut Fried Potato Spice is very easy to use: Boil 500 grams of potatoes with the skin on, peel them, and cut them into slices about 7-10 mm thick. Fry the potato slices in a pan with plenty of olive oil and add about 2-3 teaspoons of the fried potato spice during the frying process. Turn them frequently to ensure all sides are browned. Traditionally, you can also fry onion rings from one onion in the pan and add some diced bacon.
