Our HY-PRO Protein Shake is a delicious, creamy protein shake designed for additional protein intake between meals or around workouts. The protein powder can be mixed with milk or water and is very low in calories (a shake made with 25 g of powder mixed with water contains less than 100 kcal), providing 20 g of protein per serving at various times of the day. It can also be added to yogurt, quark, smoothies, or morning muesli for an extra protein boost while enhancing flavor and sweetness. Additionally, it serves as a protein-rich, low-calorie ingredient for baking, suitable for cake, cookie, or pancake batter. The powder is enriched with various B vitamins, vitamins C and E, as well as magnesium, offering essential nutrients for muscles during intense training phases and supporting a healthy, balanced diet. Each bag contains 400 g, equating to 16 servings.
