CLEAN Shake is the new meal replacement diet shake from All Stars. Protein and carbohydrates around training are made easy with the delicious meal replacement diet shake CLEAN Shake in vanilla or chocolate.
What does the CLEAN Shake contain? In addition to whey protein and casein as the main protein sources, it includes various grain components from oats, barley, and spelt, along with vitamins, omega-3 and MCT fats, as well as the fiber inulin. The main carbohydrate component of the powder is oats. The whey protein consists of concentrate and isolate, while slowly digestible calcium caseinate rounds out the protein profile. Overall, carbohydrates and protein are present in equal parts, each making up about 34% of the powder. Sugar is only present in small amounts, with just under 2g in 100g of powder. It is sweetened with a sweetener.
Additionally, the CLEAN Shake diet shake contains important omega-3 and MCT oils, provides valuable fiber with inulin, and includes essential B vitamins as well as vitamins C and E.
Recommended consumption: Mix 60g of powder (2 scoops = 1 serving) with 300ml of water or 400ml of milk in a shaker. Consume 1 shake daily (more if needed), preferably for breakfast, as a snack, or as a meal.
