Adams Basic 100% natural, fruity-dark fine apple fiber is rich in soluble and insoluble dietary fibers. It is obtained through a gentle process from dried apple pomace. Soluble dietary fibers have a prebiotic effect in the body, while insoluble fibers promote digestion. The polyphenols and pectin contained in it are beneficially utilized in many applications for health.

It is excellent in dark baked goods such as bread. Specifically, low-carbohydrate bread mixes often lack a hearty flavor. The apple fiber gives the breads a rye-like touch. It is also very good for fruit fillings, cookies, muesli, yogurt, or beverages for a fruity note and fiber enrichment.
