Why does the white one say oscillating-rotating and the black one only rotating and the number of steps is 3 for black and 7 for white, but the white one is still cheaper? Are they the same except for the colour or not?

We have the white one, it's excellent, the app works well too, best toothbrush we've ever had, battery lasts. 
Ange, the travel charging box is great, we use it now for two, there is a nice brush holder, it works great, I can only recommend it.
