What is the difference between this brush for 77.90 and the Oral-B Pulsonic Slim Clean 2000 (Art. N° 20690375) for 44.90. What justifies the surcharge of CHF 33?

The new, more expensive one has X times the battery life and 2 speed settings. You can find out by COMPARING :-)

I'm not quite sure. I think there is a difference of 1 or 2 cleaning stages.
