We are clarifying the delivery time with the supplier and will update it. This is the indication on the product page, whereas for the product I ordered, the delivery time I was given was at least 4 months. So Galaxus is offering an 11% discount and indicating a delay "to be clarified with the supplier" when they know very well that you will not be delivered for a long time. Do you think this is normal?

This is precisely in contradiction with the situation I described. You know right now the delivery time, at least that it is going to be particularly long) since in my order it was communicated to me "mid-July" for delivery.
When I placed my order, the delay was between 1 and 3 days. In the meantime you have sold this article several times.
One of your staff members even offered to pay extra for earlier delivery.
On my invoice, it is not stated that a third party supplier delivers directly to me (which I was told by your customer service), on the contrary, in the messages I received, it is the supply of your own stock that is in question.
I invite visitors to look at the reviews of people who order from you on other websites. It's very interesting to see that this situation is happening again and again with your site, with the same excuses and that many of your customers are unhappy.
