Question about CeraVe Micelles Cleansing Water

According to our information, this product is rather unsuitable as a "replacement" for the toner, as it is cleaning water. The toner would be more suitable for aftercare.

But it is not available in Switzerland and Germany, at least you can't order it just like that...

Which toner do you mean?
