The Sleep Trecker records not only the sleep duration and depth but also the pulse continuously, i.e. you can move as slowly as you want and it will be registered. Hope this helps you.

The Sleep Analyser very reliably records the duration of sleep, the regularity, the depth of sleep and the time it takes to fall asleep and get up. Unfortunately, I cannot judge whether I move a lot during this time.
