In the promotional video, the product is shown with a USB-C port, but in the reviews some customers complain that this is not the case and that it should be a proprietary port. So what is the truth - which charging port does Galaxus supply the device with? Thank you.

Hi, I recently received the device (in December 24) with the proprietary connection.

The USB connection would have the advantage that you can probably find a charger with a suitable cable everywhere when you're out and about, or have one with you for your mobile anyway.

However, USB connections are sensitive, whereas the proprietary connection makes a robust impression. If you are travelling for a long time, you just have to remember to pack the cable.

Like kahlua, this is not a problem for me.

On the device it is a proprietary connector, but the other side of the cable is a USB A plug. The power adapter supplied has 5 V and 0.5 A. I therefore assume that I will only need to take the cable with me on holiday and then charge it using my mobile power supply.
