I have a problem with the massager. According to the description, it should work wirelessly / with a rechargeable battery.
However, the device only works when the power cable is connected.
Even after more than 10 hours of charging, it does not switch on at all without the cable.

My question:
Is there an additional setting, switch or operation step that I have overlooked to use the device without the power cable?

Also when plugged, there is a red led lighting. When fully charged I think it turns green.

Mine (bought about 2-3 years ago I guess) still works nicely on the battery. Can use it for several massages before it needs charging. Never did any setup or special configuration. I guess yours simply has a battery issue. You should claim for an exchange. Hope you can enjoy wireless massages soon!
