I have freestanding number necks and I am very happy with this brush. My dentist also says it's the only one I should use. It's certainly worth a try.

Yes, the bristles are basically "super sensitive". However, I personally prefer the Candida Sensitive Plus toothbrush (e.g. from Migros).
