Great toothbrush. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth pairing only works twice a week. Then the whole thing is quite nonsensical. I had installed an update. That did not bring any improvement. Does anyone also have this problem and was able to solve it?

Problem solved: submitted a warranty claim. Within a week I had a new appliance that worked perfectly. Excellent service.

For me, this works perfectly every day and without any special "efforts". I have an iPhone 12 Mini.
