Does the product have any security label to make sure that it was not already opened before? I ordered it in Galaxus and the cream didn’t have any label or little lead to ensure that it was not opened before. Is it just like that?

It seems that the item really does not have such a feature. However, for reasons of hygiene, we no longer take this item back and have not yet received any returned items.
