Application
After completing your normal oral hygiene with appropriate rinsing, wait at least 5 minutes before using PlakACT products. Rinse your mouth for 15 seconds with 10 ml of undiluted PlakACT mouthwash, spit the product out, and do not rinse your mouth with water immediately afterward. Use it 2 to 3 times a day.

Usage
Use 1-2 tablets at night. During the day, as desired. Moisten the brown underside of the tablet slightly and place it on the tooth or gum. The white top should touch the cheek. After 5 minutes, the tablet adheres completely. At night, it dissolves in 4-8 hours, and during the day in 1-4 hours.
