Okranol (okra powder + inulin), excipients (crospovidone, citric acid, tricalcium phosphate and magnesium stearate).
Instructions for use
Take 2 capsules 3 times a day immediately after each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). If you skip a meal, take 2 capsules anyway. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 6 capsules.
