MCT fats: When the right fats are chosen in combination with carbohydrates and protein, fat serves as a good energy source. WOO® Shape uses MCT fats. MCT fats can pass through the intestinal mucosa unchanged and are transported directly into the blood via the portal vein to the liver without going through the lymphatic system. Furthermore, unlike other fatty acids, no transport protein (carnitine) is needed for transport to the mitochondria, the energy powerhouses of the cells. Thus, MCT fats are digested more easily and quickly.

Carbohydrates: Potato starch is used for carbohydrates, which helps maintain stable blood sugar levels and provides energy over a long period. Short-chain carbohydrates and sugars are deliberately avoided.

Hydrolyzed protein: Isolate, or hydrolyzed protein, is used for the protein. The whey protein isolate used is so highly refined that it is no longer recognized by the body as milk protein and is even lactose-free. The positive effects, such as an optimal amino acid profile for recovery and muscle building, are included. Lactose and other negative properties of milk protein are excluded.
