For oral hygiene every morning, half an hour after meals, and before bedtime: Apply a pea-sized amount of VVardis Edelweiss to the VVardis Rheinholz toothbrush. Brush your teeth gently but thoroughly for two minutes – and finish by brushing your tongue. Edelweiss already shows good results when used three to four times a week, but it can also be used with every brushing.

Rinse your mouth and between your teeth thoroughly with half the contents of a cap of VVardis Weissbad after brushing, then spit it out. Once or twice a month, dry the thoroughly brushed teeth with a cloth. Generously apply VVardis Aletsch with a brush to the visible tooth surfaces. Keep your mouth open for 20 seconds to let it take effect. Do not rinse. Avoid rinsing, drinking, or eating for 30 minutes. Can be used as often as desired.
