Vitaminplus Magnesium capsules contain high-quality magnesium from the Dead Sea and lemon. The binding of magnesium to citrate results in organically bound magnesium citrate. Citrate compounds are optimally absorbed by the intestines, providing very high bioavailability. They offer energy for muscles, nerves, and athletes. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, normal muscle function, energy metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system, and normal psychological function.
