The ingredients include sodium glucosamine sulfate derived from shellfish, sodium chondroitin sulfate, sulfur-containing agar polysaccharides from algae, the plant-based capsule shell (hydroxymethylcellulose), manganese citrate, copper citrate, and chromium chloride. The product also contains chlorophyllin-copper complex as a coloring agent.
